BSN N.O.-XPLODE 2.0 - Fruit Punch, 2.48 lb (50 Servings)

I've been using NO-xplode for about a month or so now. It really gives me a great boost in the gym. I've always been motivated when I work out, but now I'm more focused, and don't want to leave! I use about 1 1/2 scoops, I could use 2 but I don't want to go through a tub every 3 weeks. Just don't take your no-xplode within 5 hours of going to sleep or you may experience insomnia. Grape is the only flavor I tried, and I love it. I drink it on the way to the gym and I look forward to it every workout.

This definitely gives me a crazy pump while working out. It has a good amount of caffeine (225mg) and several NO precursors such as arginine. Keeps me focused and alert during my workouts and. The taste is pretty bad for fruit punch as it sort of has a cough syrup taste but I still give it 5 stars because I don't buy PWOs for taste, I buy for performance and this one delivers.

This is my favorite pre-workout supplement and I tried quite a few others like muscletech nano vapor and gaspari superpump max. It tastes good and it has a unique taste that reminds me of pop rock candies. There is a lot of fizz. After I take it, I get an energy boost about 15-20 minutes later and it lasts quite a while. I don't get any sick feeling or jitters. I have seen an increase in my lifting performance and an improvement in my physique. I do find the product to be expensive but you get what you pay for. Pay a little more and get better results. After taking it for a long time, it is good to take a break so your body doesn't become so use to it.
